How do I check-in my luggage?
You check-in your luggage by handing it over to our Coach Captain when he is ready to load it to the luggage compartment around 15 minutes before departure time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded into the right coach for your travel.

If you intend to bring additional items such as golf bags, baby strollers, wheelchairs or any items of unusual size, please enquire with our Customer Care Officer before checking-in for their inspection and approval to place the items in the luggage compartment.

Do you have any restrictions on what can I place in my luggage?
Kindly ensure that you do not store heat-sensitive items (such as lithium batteries) in your luggage.

You are also reminded not to bring any prohibited items into the country of your destination.

What is the carry-on-board luggage allowance?
We allow one piece of hand-carried luggage not bigger than 30cm x 15cm x 10cm. On top of that we only allow for laptop/camera bags or shopping bags to be carried on board.

What is the checked-in luggage allowance per passenger?
For every adult seat purchased, the complimentary/free checked-in baggage allowance is for
• 1 (one) luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg; or
• 2 (two) small ‘cabin-sized’ luggages with a maximum total weight of 20kg.

For any luggage that is more than 20kg in weight, please contact our Service Centre to arrange for a purchase of a luggage tag.

We restrict the weight for each luggage with a luggage tag to be no more than 23kg.

The cost of a luggage tag is RM10 for trips departing from Malaysia and S$10 for trips departing from Singapore.
