Due to the MCO in Malaysia, we are currently not running any route and all our service centres will be closed from 1st June 2020 until further announcement from the government.
If you are holding a valid online booking during the lockdown period, you may keep the booking until you are ready to travel and change it online (your booking has an open date till Dec. 2020) after the lockdown is lifted.
If you have the physical ticket(s), you may keep your ticket(s) and change the travelling date at our service centre when you are ready to travel after our service centres reopen (your ticket has an open date till Dec. 2020).
You do not have to make any changes now; you may change it when you are ready to travel.

NEW SAFETY AND SANITIZATION PROCEDURES UPDATE:
Aeroline is fully committed to your safety, health, hygiene and peace of mind.
We have implemented new contactless ticketing procedures at all our service centres.
New Boarding Process:
All passengers will be temperature screened, and briefed on our new processes on ticketing, waiting, boarding, on-board etiquette and disembarkation.
Sanitization and Sterilization:
All our coaches are fitted with a UV light air sterilizer on both the upper and lower deck to thoroughly sanitize and sterilize using special UV technology before every trip to ensure the cleanliness of our on-board environment. All luggage will also be sanitized before boarding.
Extra precautions will be taken by our cabin crew to ensure all on-board amenities are distributed and collected hygienically, and all frequently-touch surfaces and restrooms are regularly sanitized.
