How can I get a boarding ticket?
You can purchase boarding tickets directly from any of our service centre. Alternatively, for easy convenience, purchase online at www.aeroline.com.my for those from Malaysia or www.aeroline.com.sg for those from Singapore.

You may call us at 625 888 00 with at least five days in advance of your choice departure date to make a booking (reservation) of your tickets and collect them at our service centre within next two days. Kindly note that the booking (reservation) will only be valid for two days before it is automatically released. Alternatively, via our ticketing hotline, we also offer delivery service to your doorstep with the payment made by cash as soon as you receive your ticket (applicable for Klang Valley only).

 
 

How long will my booking (reservation) be valid if I made a booking via your Call Centre?
Your booking (reservation) will be valid for two days only to which if it is not validated with a purchase at our service centre, it will be automatically released. Kindly note there will be no notification of your booking’s release upon the two days’ expiration.

 
 

How do I confirm my booking (reservation) of ticket made via your Call Centre?
For bookings (reservation) made via our ticketing hotline, you shall receive a booking number to be presented within two days to our service centre to purchase with payment for our boarding ticket.

 
 

How much is your standard coach fare?
Our standard adult coach fare is RM 95 one way for Klang Valley to Singapore and $ 50 one way for Singapore to Klang Valley. Further information on ticket price may be found here. A child coach fare is priced at RM65 / S$38 one-way for the respective route.

If you purchase a one-way boarding ticket for Singapore to Klang Valley at any Malaysian Service Centre, the adult coach fare is RM117 while the child coach fare would be RM90 based on our fixed foreign exchange rate.

For trips to Penang, our coach fare is RM60 one-way for Klang Valley to Penang and vice versa. A child ticket is priced at RM30 one-way for the same route.

For trips to Johor Bahru, our coach fare is RM60 one-way for Klang Valley to Johor Bahru and vice versa. A child ticket is priced at RM30 one-way for the same route.

 
 

How long before the actual departure date can I book (reserve)/purchase my boarding ticket?
Our trips will usually be opened for booking a travel period of 6 weeks and should your travel date be after the mentioned date, then the trip would only be opened for booking (reservation)/purchase at a later date.

Customers are advised to ensure a confirmation of their choice departure and return before making a purchase or booking of boarding tickets for a travel during the allocated trip availability. We are not to be held responsible for any loss, fees or additional fare incurred due to any unavailability of our trip.

 
 

How do I book (purchase) a trip from Malaysia to Singapore or vice versa in your online system?
Kindly note that all trips intending to begin from Malaysia should be purchased in www.aeroline.com.my while the www.aeroline.com.sg website is for trips intending to begin from Singapore.

Boarding tickets are to be validated (printed) and collected at the respective country’s service centre.

How do I book (purchase) a one-way travel in your online system?
You can purchase a one-way travel by clicking 'None' on the drop-down menu button of the "RETURN" ticket column.

 
 

How do I confirm my booking (purchased) of a boarding ticket?
If your booking (purchased) is made via online, you may check your Travel Summary upon logging in your account and your email for the confirmation email. Please present your PIN number, confirmation email and credit card for identification to obtain your physical boarding tickets to board the coach, with at least 30 minutes before departure time.

If your purchase is made via our service centre, you shall immediately obtain the physical tickets from our Customer Care Officer.

 
 

What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit card and cash for all Klang Valley , Queensbay Mall in Penang & Johor Bahru service centre. NETS card and cash are accepted in our Singapore service centre. We accept only cash at our Sungai Nibong service centre.

Debit card is not an accepted payment method for our Malaysia service centre or for online booking (purchased) via our websites.

For Aeroline Card members, you may use your Aeroline Card which works like a prepaid value card to purchase your tickets.

 
 

Can my friend buy the boarding ticket for me?
Yes, your friend may purchase the boarding ticket on your behalf. Please be informed that the Aeroline boarding ticket is a bearer’s ticket. We do not print names on the boarding ticket.

If your friend made the purchase but you wish to change the boarding ticket travel details, please bring along your IC or passport for verification purpose – this is applicable for booking (purchased) made online via third party credit card.

 
 

If I am not the traveler and I bought a boarding ticket for my friend, how can my friend collect the boarding ticket at your service centre?
If your boarding ticket was booked by a third party or the travelling passenger is not the credit card holder/person of purchase, the travelling passenger needs to simply present the identification card or passport, PIN number, and confirmation email of the confirmed online purchase to our Customer Care Officer.

 
 

Can I change the travel date and time for my travel?
You may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable, please refer to our conditions of online booking & carriage) PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the boarding ticket or online booking (purchased).

For example, you will need to make the change on Tuesday or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday.

*Note: Changes for online booking (purchased) can only be made via online provided the travel has not been validated / printed with a physical boarding ticket, and the original departure trip (in a two-way travel) has not lapsed in its travel date.

 
 

What are the charges for a change in my travel date and time?
The first change (at least three (03) days before departure date) is free of charge while subsequent changes thereafter are RM10 / S$5 and up to RM20 / S$10. The change must be made at the same service centre which you have validated (printed) or purchased your tickets from.

 
 

How can I change my boarding ticket?
Via online
If you have booked (purchased) your boarding ticket online and you have to yet to validate (print) your physical boarding ticket, you may change your travel via online at your 'Travel Summary'.

Click on ‘Future Trips’ to see the list of your upcoming trips that are purchased via online with Aeroline (an ‘upcoming trip’ refers to a travel that has yet to lapse in its foremost starting travel date/time in a one-way or two-way journey)




Select the according option, 'Change Ticket Dates', to make a change of the arrival date and departure date.




Select ‘No Change’ from the drop-down menu if you do not wish to change to either your departure or return travel if you are changing a return (two-way) ticket.

Keep the current or select a new ‘Route’ of your choice from the drop down menu, before selecting the new travel date. You will be prompted to select your new trip time on the next page (a new seat will also have to be selected upon confirmation of change).




Kindly be reminded that a separate change made to the departure or return trip (i.e. the change being done individually on its own) of a return (two-way) journey will constitute the next attempt of change of either one trip to be a subsequent change and admin charges may be applicable.

A change made via online will affect all boarding tickets in the same single transaction.


Via walk-in
If you have validated your ticket at our service centre with a physical boarding ticket, please present your boarding ticket to the same service centre to be endorsed by Customer Care Officer to make the according changes.

Kindly note that all changes are advised to be made at least 3 days before departure.

 
 

Can I cancel my ticket after its booking (purchased)?
All confirmed seat in a confirmed transaction/purchase is non-cancellable or refundable.

Customers are advised to ensure a confirmation of their choice departure and return before making a purchase or booking for a travel during the allocated trip availability.

 
 

What is the age limit for a child boarding ticket?
A child above the age of 12 years requires an adult boarding ticket. Child boarding ticket is applicable for a child from the age of 5 to 12. Children below 5 may travel free of charge but no seat will be provided solely for the child.

Kindly note that the number of child boarding ticket cannot be more than the number of adult boarding ticket. A child boarding ticket also cannot be solely bought in a single transaction.

 
 

Do I have to buy a boarding ticket for my toddler?
We require you to purchase a boarding ticket if you need an allocated seat for your baby seat. Please be advised that our seats are designed for adult and you are responsible to ensure your toddler’s secure seating.

 
 

Can my child travel alone?
No child below 12 years of age is allowed to travel alone for safety and security purposes of the child’s well-being.

 
 

Can my pet travel in the cabin with me?
Pets are not permitted in the cabin for hygiene and comfort reasons.

 
 

Can I select a seat for my trip?
During your online booking (purchased), you may select your seat from the window that loads on screen after your payment is made. Please note there is a five minutes time limit for your seat selection and upon its expiration, the system will automatically assign a seat.

For trips that are listed as 'limited' you will be able to select to view the available seats before deciding to proceed to payment.

During your purchase of the boarding ticket via walk-in at our service centre, our Customer Care Officer will inform you the seat that are still available and you may select your seat from its current availability.

 
 

Can I purchase a seat at your lower deck lounge?
Our lower deck lounge is available for the free usage of all our passengers. However, the lower deck lounge seats can be purchased by Aeroline Card members using the Priority Access Pass (PAP) when our coach is running full. Kindly note that not all lounge seats will be available for purchase even with the PAP.

 
 

What is the promotional code at the online purchase page?
The promotional code is only for customers of a particular promotional event or privilege discount.
